Have A Social Security Disability Representative or Lawyer, Get This Must Know Info!

For those that have a Social Security disability representative, Long term disability lawyer or both that think your case is on auto pilot moving forward towards award as fast as possible wake up and smell the donuts…. I have heard far to many stories about delays and costly mistakes to be comfortable with this …..

So just because you have attorney working on your case’s does not mean you are off the hook and can sit back and relax … My $.02 is leaving the responsibility solely of getting you income solely in the hands of a representative or attorney is very risky business. Primarily because your likely not the only client (if you are you have made a poor decision to start with) and there is very little financial incentive for the representative to invest extra time in your case to speed it up.

Thus I advocate that you consider your attorney’s an extra resource and invest time in the Disability Digest SSDI mini course below to understand the process and strive to be a good claimant for your representative and drive the process … use lesson 8 to keep em on their toes … always be being polite and persistent …… once you have won send me a note and I promise I will get up from computer and did my Disability Victory Dance for you… : -)
