Who Qualifies for the 2-Part Strategy?
To be eligible, referred individuals must:
Be 18 years or older and under 65
Be out of work or earning less than the substantial gainful activity (SGA) amount
Not already represented by another Social Security Disability representative
Have worked at least 50% of the last 10 years

Important: Only referrals who meet these criteria will qualify for the program payout. If your referral does not meet these qualifications, they will not be able to complete the strategy, and compensation will not be triggered.

How We Verify Self-Represented Approvals
To prevent fraud and ensure only legitimate approvals receive payouts, self-represented applicants must complete 3 steps:

Step 1: Update Case Status on Our Website
Action: The referred applicant must complete the Disability Case Status Update Form and confirm their approval.

Step 2: Submit Proof of Award Letter
Action: The referred applicant must send a PDF copy of their Social Security Disability award letter to the designated referral program email.

Step 3: Phone Call Verification (Final Confirmation & Monetization)
Action: Our team will call the applicant to:
Confirm Approval – Validate their award letter and case details.
Collect a Success Story – Encourage them to share their journey (video/audio).
Offer Additional Services – Introduce Medicare and other member benefits.

By participating in The Disability Digest Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Referrals must be new to The Disability Digest. Referrals of existing members or yourself are not eligible for compensation.
• To qualify for payment, your referral must complete the official referral form located at:

Payments & Payout Schedule

• Referral payouts are made quarterly, by the 20th of the month following the close of each quarter.
• Payments will be issued only after the referral has completed the required steps and has been verified as eligible.
• Bonuses (e.g., approval bonuses or success story bonuses) are subject to the same quarterly payout schedule.

Ineligible Referrals

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not be compensated.
• Referring current members of The Disability Digest will not qualify for a reward.
• Referrals without a completed form or incomplete contact details will be disqualified from the program.

️ Unlimited Referrals

• There is no limit to the number of friends or individuals you can refer. The more you refer, the more you can earn.

Verification & Final Approval

• All referrals are subject to verification and final approval by The Disability Digest.
• We reserve the right to change, pause, or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.
