Have You Been Forced Into A Fight With Social Security Disability That You Can’t Win?

Last week The New York Times accused Long Term Disability Carrier’s of forcing policy holders to file for Social Security Disability and I followed up with my rant on this with a post titled “LTD Insurance Companies Are In Bed With the Feds, Causing Social Security Disability Back Log”

This media blitz has caused many applicants to wonder if they have been forced them into a fight with Social Security Disability that cannot be won?

Regardless if you were asked to apply of did it voluntarily and wonder if you have a case that’s strong enough to get approved my message is “do your home work and don’t get confused by the facts”.

Here’s what I mean … leading Social Security Representation firms process hundreds of SSDI cases for LTD carries every month and win over 90% of all claims.

So if your concerned ask your representative the question in lesson 8 of my SSDI mini course to help you understand if your case is safe….

Important note: just because your LTD company referred you to a SSDI representative does not mean they have a good win percentage and will fight for you.. If your concerned don’t take this lightly ask the questions.

And if you don’t feel you can ask your representative the questions contact us and we will help you…
