What You’ll Be Doing — And How You’ll Grow

Support members with clarity and confidence
Talk with new members by phone, text, and email to guide them forward. -
Practice persuasive advocacy
Listen first, then guide members toward the right next steps. -
Learn and grow continuously
Build knowledge and improve your ability to serve members over time. -
Connect members to the right support
Identify when a member is ready and move them forward. -
Engage and contribute as part of a team
Participate in community and content that supports members. -
Follow a proven process that works
Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for members.
What You’ll Earn
SSDI Recipient Advocate
Flexible hours. Real income without risking your benefits.
Typical monthly base pay: $800–$900
Full-Time Advocate
Build a book of business that generates income through base pay and commission.
Earnings grow over time based on performance and retention.
