Key word Disabilty

Hi {!firstname_fix}

Many people run into brick walls during the
approval process. It seems like all of your
information should be contained in ONE location
on the net ... (but remember, this is a
government operation we're talking about).

Worse yet, it can be next to impossible to get
the right department on the phone, and they often
send you requests for information you've already given
them!

I've got info that can help (a 90 minute audio interview
with an ultra-experienced disability attorney ...you can
listen online right now at no charge)

http://www.DisabilityBenefitsGuide.com/DisabilityAnswers1.htm

- See what to do if you're denied benefits
(and how to find out why this happened!)

- Find out why it can take so long to get
retroactive pay (and what you can do about it)

- See who to contact for information and to
ask questions

- Learn when you really need an attorney to
help press your case!

- Discover what to do if you can't obtain
the appropriate medical records to document
your condition

- See how to get started with disability - discover
the correct way of filing, where to find the forms,
what you should include in your application besides
the medical info, etc.

- Get tips on how to get by financially from the time
you're unable to work until the time you are granted
disability assistance

- See whether you can work while trying to get ssdi
and not get shafted by SSDI

- Find out what to do if your doctor says you CAN work,
but you know you CAN'T! (And what to do when just the
opposite is true)

- Which specific conditions might qualify (including
diabetes, heart conditions, fibromyalgia, obesity,
epilepsy, lower back problems, depression, anxiety,
other mental disorders, etc)

- Find out whether you can be approved for
disability if you're already self employed

- See whether a person collecting disability can
have an ownership interest in a business!

- Find out WHO decides what constitutes a disability!

- See how to get disability reinstated if you temporarily
went off it and require it again

- Discover how income from other sources (investments,
royalty checks, spousal support, SSI, etc) affects your
disability benefits

http://www.disabilitybenefitguide.com/DisabilityAnswers1.htm

- Find out how to apply for disability assistance for
your disabled child (asthma, epilepsy, autism, Asperger's
syndrome, ADD/ADHD, etc)

- Find out how long it takes to receive your checks
after you apply

- See what happens when you retire

Hi {!firstname_fix}

Most likely as you read this, you're still struggling
with the Disability APPROVAL process. (And hopefully
you've been reading the information I've been sending you to
help you GET APPROVED!)

Even though you're not approved yet, it's important
that you discover how to MAXIMIZE YOUR BENEFITS once
your are approved. (There are many complex elements
to the system ... be sure you know how to get all you're
entitled to)

That's what we'll be discussing in today's complimentary
audio interview with Jim Troxell:

http://www.disabilitybenefitsguide.com/GetMoreBenefits1.htm

But there's something even more important we talked
about in the interview.

You see, many people are really interested in returning
to the work force as soon as they can, but are frightened
to LOSE their benefits too quickly.

It's kind of a Catch 22 ... they want to work, but
are afraid to lose the monthly allowance which pays the
rent if they do!

That's why it's really vital that you understand the
various programs and systems available to help you.

For example, did you know that ...

- New program rules can increase the value of people's
benefits (but don't count on the government to
make sure you know!)

- Many people's checks are often mistakenly lower
than they're entitled to (but don't be surprised
if it's not SSDI's top priority to catch these
errors!)

- Most people on disability CAN supplement their
income WITHOUT reducing their benefit levels!

Get the information you need to start taking
control of your life and your future.

Jim Troxel from Virginia Commonwealth University
is a 30 year disability counseling veteran.
Jim has spent most of his adult life helping people
with disabilities get all their entitled to, and
confidently get back to work.

Hi {!firstname}

When you finally DO get approved for disability,
it's possible that your check will be too small
if you don't understand the details of the SSDI
program:

http://www.disabilitybenefitsguide.com/Maximize1.htm

Also, in the above highlights of Jim Troxell's interview
you'll learn that it's entirely possible that you CAN
legally work without having to reduce the amount you
get from SSDI each month.

And you'll discover recent SSDI program
changes that might have increased what you're
actually entitled to.

Jim Troxel from Virginia Commonwealth University's
Employment Support Institute (VCU). Jim has
30 ++ years of experience with disability
employment counseling and disability advocacy.

He's spent most of his life working to put
people with disabilities back to work.

http://www.disabilitybenefitsguide.com/Maximize1.htm

For the last 6 years Jim has focussed on providing
a tool that people with disabilities can use to
untangle the mountain of policies and programs
associated with SSDI, ensure that they're getting
the maximum they're legally entitled to, and help
people get safely back to work without a sudden
loss of benefits.

All in all, it's kind of like aspirin for the
SSDI system headache.

In part one of the interview highlights, Jim talks
about the overview of Workworld as an encyclopaedia
of disability information ... someplace you can go to
look up definitions and understand better how SSDI
is currently making decisions and allocating benefits

Hi {!firstname_fix},

I know how ridiculously difficult it can be
for people with even temporary disabilities
to find housing.

http://www.disabilitybenefitsguide.com/Housing.htm

You need a solution in a safe area, at a
reasonable monthly outlay (which fits
within your disability allowance),
... and you may also need handicapped access
or specially outfitted entrances, appliances,
and rooms.

I won't pretend this is easy, but I DID spend
7 intensive weeks researching everything I could
find for you on the topic.

I've asked my friend and colleague Glenn Livingston
to interview me about everything I've found ...

Hi again.

Well ... it seems that I've really not been
clear enough about the fix to the problem some
people are having listening to the audio interviews.

Norton Security is the issue. If you've got that
installed on your system, when you get to the audio
pages, that program disables my audio buttons :-(

So all you need to do is disable Norton Security
when you go to one of the audio pages, and then
you should see the audio buttons again.

with disabilities (or who've been receiving
disability assistance) again:

{!firstname_fix}, I sometimes get cynical emails from people who
question my motivations for selling Mr. Ginsberg's book about
how to fill out the forms to win a Social Security disability
case. Some of these people even call me "greedy" and other
names not fit for polite company.

I can't help it that lawyers are not well thought of - after all,
99% of lawyers give the 1% of good ones a bad reputation!

I usually ignore the nasty emailers, but here is how I respond to
anyone who criticizes me for selling a DISABILITY APPROVAL book/audio
that sells for $125:

- The goal of the Disability Answer Guide book is to advise readers
how they can win their cases early. If you don't know how the
system works, your Social Security disability case will require you
to file one appeal after another of denials you receive. Often
cases are denied simply because you (as a non-lawyer) don't know
what Social Security is looking for.

If you have been reading this newsletter, you know what Social
Security wants (specific information about work limitations) - the
book shows you how to fill out the forms to give this information
to them.

- if you can find a lawyer to take your case at the initial or
reconsideration level, you can pay up to 25% of your past due
benefits as a fee. If your monthly benefit check is $1,000 and you
have a year of past due benefits, you will be paid $12,000. 25% of
$12,000 is $3,000. Last time I checked, $125 is a lot less than
$3,000.

- you will have a hard time finding a lawyer to take your case
early for several reasons. First, Social Security does not always
honor the 25% fee agreement for cases approved at initial or recon
(they will pay at least $500, however). Since Social Security
won't always honor the fee contract, most lawyers hesitate to put a
lot of time into a case at initial or recon, or they refuse to take
them at initial or recon.

Further, since there is no oral argument or direct examination at
initial or recon, a lawyer (or more probably his paralegal) is
going to fill out forms. As Mr. Ginsberg has sold his book to a
lot of lawyers' office, there is a good chance they will be using
The Disability Answer Book to fill out your forms anyway!

If you want to pay someone $500 to as much as $5,000 to fill out
forms, be my guest. I think, however that if you are reasonably
intelligent and can follow directions, you can try to fill out
Social Security's forms on your own and save a lot of money. At
worst, you will be denied and you will have to appeal, and your
file will be better developed than it otherwise would have been.
And you can always get a lawyer at any point in the process.

Mr. Ginsberg's customers report that Social Security claims personnel
are impressed and surprised when they receive an application packet
from a Disability Answer Guide customer. Unlike most applicants
who simply don't know what to say or how to say it, people who
own The Disability Answer Guide have a plan and are not flailing
around in the dark, guessing about what to say.

While I cannot guarantee that you will be approved if you follow the
suggestions in this mini-course or in The Disability Answer Guide, I can
tell you that this information will help you provide accurate, relevant and
complete information to Social Security.

Sorry I got off topic, but it burns me up when someone complains
that The Disability Answer Guide is not a good value. I understand and
respect that not everyone has $125 to spend, but I read enough thank you
letters to know that those who do choose to follow the system get real
benefit out of it.

Enough of me on the soapbox.
(Thanks for listening)

---------------------19
{!firstname_fix},

Hi {!firstname_fix},

As a follow up to my work from home I.n.c.o.m.e Guardian
series I wanted to share a concept that could that we
could work on together and help people effected with
disabilities regain some I.n.c.o.m.e stability....

------Please read an offer your opinion------------

Let me start by saying that every since I launched this
Disability project I've realized the balance of power is
significantly shifted away from people with disabilities...

Simple put....I mean lots that become disabled lose
their power to generate I.n.c.o.m.e even getting SSDI
is difficult and if you get its not much.

So my passion is to shift the power back to those
with disabilities with a ROCK SOLID h.o.m.e business
that works! .... I think with some help(WE)can do it.

I've been thinking a Disability Guide Affiliate program
that would cost nothing for some one to start with
c.o.m.m.i.s.s.i.o.n.s for introducing members to The
Disability Benefit Guide....and possible much more.

The condensed version is Affiliates would earn
I.n.c.o.m.e promoting A FREE resource for people
with Disabilities. Here's and outline of my affiliate
concept.

1. A simple, that requires access to a computer and ambition.

2. No C.a.s.h I.n.v.e.s.t.m.e.n.t to start ..of course you
will need time to make it work

3. Earn for introducing others to The Disability Benefit
Guide ... When you sign up as an affiliate you get a web site
address. This is your what you'll direct potential members
(prospects) to.

Simply send one of the email or promotional letter
we provide to your prospect with your affiliate link and
when they sign up our system tracks the whole process
so you get credit in your account.

If you have a web site with visitors even better

4. Comprehensive training

5. A compensation plan that would reward those with a few
hundred buck a months easy!

Actually Commissions could be HUGE because there are 54
million people effected by a disability and over 500,000
millions searching the internet for the information that
the Disability Guide offers.

So instead of paying for advertising I would rather pay
affiliates $.50 - $1.00 for every 1 million member introduced.
Do the math and let me know if you think these commissions
could help tip the balance of power back to you....

To conclude I can not do this on my own and would only follow
through with it if there was enough resources to make it work.
This is what we will need:

A. 24 affiliates willing to work the program in order
to justify kicking the program off

B. Eventually trainers to train the affiliates, introduce
new products etc ...still all from home stuff

So if your interested in A or B and have any comments suggestion
PLEASE reply to this email with them.

I'm in hopes we can make this work an you would join me, because
together we can make a difference!

When you DO get approved, there are MANY reasons why
your SSDI check can be just plain wrong.

Sometimtes SSDI is giving you too little, and of course
you want to spot that and get all you deserve.

But it's also possible that they're giving you too much ...
and in this case you can build up a huge amount to pay
back!! :-(

Be careful not to let this happen to you ... it's the last
thing someone on disability assistance needs!

Hi {!firstname_fix}.

The other day, my friend suggested a program
to me which I thought was extremely stupid.

http://www.DisabilityBenefitsGuide.com/SuperchargeYourLife.htm

It's a simple little thing which flashes
positive messages at you subliminally while
you sit at your computer. (The idea is to
get the most out of the time you're already
sitting there).

I tried it anyway though as a favor to my
friend, and I have to say I was surprised.

First of all, ... and I'm kind of embarrassed to
admit this, ... I found myself feeling more optimistic
after a few days. (Maybe it was a Placebo effect,
... but it's stayed with me)

Then I realized you could write your own messages,
and edit any of the ones that come with the program,
... plus you can even have it play relaxing music,
the sound of a soothing rainstorm, or a rhythmic
heartbeat.

Well, I'm kind of hooked :-)

Hi {!firstname_fix}

Many people run into brick walls during the
approval process. It seems like all of your
information should be contained in ONE location
on the net ... (but remember, this is a
government operation we're talking about).

Worse yet, it can be next to impossible to get
the right department on the phone, and they often
send you requests for information you've already given
them!

I've got info that can help (a 90 minute audio interview
with an ultra-experienced disability attorney ...you can
listen online right now at no charge)

http://www.DisabilityBenefitsGuide.com/DisabilityAnswers1.htm

- See what to do if you're denied benefits
(and how to find out why this happened!)

- Find out why it can take so long to get
retroactive pay (and what you can do about it)

- See who to contact for information and to
ask questions

- Learn when you really need an attorney to
help press your case!

- Discover what to do if you can't obtain
the appropriate medical records to document
your condition

- See how to get started with disability - discover
the correct way of filing, where to find the forms,
what you should include in your application besides
the medical info, etc.

- Get tips on how to get by financially from the time
you're unable to work until the time you are granted
disability assistance

- See whether you can work while trying to get ssdi
and not get shafted by SSDI

- Find out what to do if your doctor says you CAN work,
but you know you CAN'T! (And what to do when just the
opposite is true)

- Which specific conditions might qualify (including
diabetes, heart conditions, fibromyalgia, obesity,
epilepsy, lower back problems, depression, anxiety,
other mental disorders, etc)

- Find out whether you can be approved for
disability if you're already self employed

- See whether a person collecting disability can
have an ownership interest in a business!

- Find out WHO decides what constitutes a disability!

- See how to get disability reinstated if you temporarily
went off it and require it again

- Discover how income from other sources (investments,
royalty checks, spousal support, SSI, etc) affects your
disability benefits

http://www.disabilitybenefitsguide.com/DisabilityAnswers1.htm

- Find out how to apply for disability assistance for
your disabled child (asthma, epilepsy, autism, Asperger's
syndrome, ADD/ADHD, etc)

- Find out how long it takes to receive your checks
after you apply

- See what happens when you retire

Hi {!firstname_fix}

Hi {!firstname_fix},

I know how ridiculously difficult it can be
for people with even temporary disabilities
to find housing.

http://www.disabilitybenefitsguide.com/Housing.htm

You need a solution in a safe area, at a
reasonable monthly outlay (which fits
within your disability allowance),
... and you may also need handicapped access
or specially outfitted entrances, appliances,
and rooms.

I won't pretend this is easy, but I DID spend
7 intensive weeks researching everything I could
find for you on the topic.

I've provided and audio overview of EVERYTHING
I found ...Plus I've included how to video's
that willguide you through the resources just

Hi again.

Well ... it seems that I've really not been
clear enough about the fix to the problem some
people are having listening to the audio interviews.

Norton Security is the issue. If you've got that
installed on your system, when you get to the audio
pages, that program disables my audio buttons :-(

So all you need to do is disable Norton Security
when you go to one of the audio pages, and then
you should see the audio buttons again.

I usually ignore the nasty emailers, but here is how I respond to
anyone who criticizes me for selling a DISABILITY APPROVAL book/audio
that sells for $129:

Last time I checked, $129 is a lot less than

I understand and
respect that not everyone has $129 to spend, but I read enough thank you
letters to know that those who do choose to follow the system get real
benefit out of it.

Enough of me on the soapbox.
(Thanks for listening)

Brian

Hi {!firstname_fix}.

The other day, my friend suggested a program
to me which I thought was extremely stupid.

http://www.DisabilityBenefitsGuide.com/SuperchargeYourLife.htm

It's a simple little thing which flashes
positive messages at you subliminally while
you sit at your computer. (The idea is to
get the most out of the time you're already
sitting there).

I tried it anyway though as a favor to my
friend, and I have to say I was surprised.

First of all, ... and I'm kind of embarrassed to
admit this, ... I found myself feeling more optimistic
after a few days. (Maybe it was a Placebo effect,
... but it's stayed with me)

Then I realized you could write your own messages,
and edit any of the ones that come with the program,
... plus you can even have it play relaxing music,
the sound of a soothing rainstorm, or a rhythmic
heartbeat.

Well, I'm kind of hooked :-)

Have a look for yourself now:
