Referral Partner Profit Pool
Goal is to encourage and compensate a team effort

1. How much?
For every $1 paid to Referral partners in a quarter 10% is deposited into the pool.

Example: $30,000 in team sales genreates $9000 in team commission. 
10% x $9000 = $900.00 going into the pool.

Another way to look at it is 3% of the teams gross sales goes in the pool.
$30,000 x .03% = $900

2. How you earn it?
If you earn over $200 in the quarter you qualify to earn a percentage of
the pool based on your quarterly earnings amount compared to all other
affiliate earnings in the quarters.

Examples:
You earn $500 of the $9,000
Earn .005% of the total pool $900 = $50.00

Affiliate earns $1500 of the $9,000
Earn 17% of the total pool $900 = $153.00

This is in addition to all other commissions.
